We shall collect the furniture card data—specifically the purchase amounts and their respective buy-back (expiry) dates—following the formal consent of our respected PSU Adhikari and Karmchari.
Know Next Month's Total Buy-Back Amount
The furniture data collected in Step 1 shall help us to know the total buy-back amount in the coming next month.
Assistance, Not Pressure
Utilizing the buy-back dates and amounts identified in Step 2, we shall send a gentle reminder to our respected PSU Adhikari and Karmchari 15 days prior to the expiry. This will enable them to select new products as replacements for their expiring furniture entitlements.
Find the Best Prices Across E-Commerce Platforms
Following the 15-day advance reminder issued in Step 3, our respected officials are encouraged to conduct a market survey across prominent e-commerce platforms—such as Amazon, Flipkart, Reliance Digital, Paytm, Ajio etc.—to identify the most competitive and lowest market prices for their selected items.
Bulk Orders from All PSUs = Unbeatable Pricing
We shall formally request our respected Adhikaris and Karmcharis to share the direct product links (on our registered official WhatsApp/email) discovered during their market search in Step 4. Since we have bulk orders from all PSUs in every month, we will negotiate directly with manufacturers to secure a 'Bulk Discount Rate.' Our goal is to provide our officials with a price that is even lower than the best rates offered by e-commerce platforms in Step 4, passing the full benefit of these savings directly to our respected Adhikaris and Karmcharis from all PSUs.
Zero Advance — All Formalities Done 8 Days Before Expiry
Once we negotiate the minimum price directly with the manufacturer—consistent with our commitment in Step 5—we shall send you a final confirmation request. We will seek your formal consent via WhatsApp or your registered email ID to finalize the order. Please note that no advance payment is required at this stage.
All formalities up to Step 6 shall be completed at least 8 days prior to your Buy-Back (Expiry) Date. This ensures that your new order is finalized and ready well before your current eligibility period ends.
Items Ready at BESQAA Godown 3-4 Days Before Buy-Back
Following the formal consent received in Step 6, we shall proceed with the procurement of all items selected by our respected Adhikaris and Karmcharis. The purchase will be made under the Sundaram Shyamal Common Industry GST. All the required items shall be delivered to BESQAA.in (Subsidiary of SSC Industry) godown 3-4 days before your buy-back date.
Delivery Exactly on Buy-Back Date — Complete Compliance
As noted in Step 7, all items are procured under the company's GST and arrive at our warehouse/godown 3 to 4 days before your buy-back date. This allows us to guarantee a 'Zero-Day' delivery, ensuring your new furniture is delivered exactly on your Buy-Back (Expiry) Date.
On this final delivery date, the payment shall be made to the SSCI registered current account. You will receive an official E-invoice simultaneously upon the receipt of your items.
